- If you want to lose belly fat and get sexy abs – it’s NOT about how much cardio exercise you do. It’s simply a matter of having a balanced, functional metabolism that burns your fat literally while you sleep!
- Dieting doesn’t work 99% of the time. Losing weight has nothing to do with how many calories you consume OR ‘low-fat’ foods. Losing weight is about managing your food intake properly.
- Ab-rollers and so-called ‘revolutionary’ new exercises on TV don’t exercise stomach muscles in a beneficial way and are nothing more than hype which will NOT get you the abs you want (They are hardly even an abs workout anyway!).
